Grounds Around Town caters small and large events throughout the Des Moines Metro Area. Whether you need coffee and pastries for 8 at your breakfast meeting or want us to cater an all day corporate event, Grounds Around Town has what you need.

Here are the following options for catering your event with Grounds Around Town

We will provide our Columbia blend and/or Sumatra Blend with cups, lids, sleeves, sugars, creamer, and stir sticks for your attendees along with your choice of pastries. This is available for pickup or delivery the morning of your event or delivery the afternoon or your event. Please complete the form below for pricing.

Have Grounds Around Town onsite to cater your event with our full menu available for purchase.

Requirements for onsite catering events:

• A diesel generator – these are available for rent from Contractors Rental in downtown Des Moines for $95, we are happy to handle the rental for an additional convivence fee of $50
• $300 rental fee for 2 baristas for up to 4 hours, setup and tear down included, additional hours are available for all day events at $75/hour
• Minimum of $150 in sales / hour on top of rental fee. You can choose to have a cash coffee bar, an open coffee bar, or a set limit coffee bar.
• A minimum of 2-3 weeks notice is preferred for onsite catering events so we can ensure proper staffing and availability.
